This trip began when Bert and Ruth Smith with Virginia, Blanche and Madge
traveled by train to Colorado Springs to visit Ethel and Fred Kathrens and
daughter Lois Marjorie. The year was approximately 1926. They all piled
in Fred and Ethel's car and went on a trip to Lookout Mountain, Colorado.
